WEZAYND L.L.C-FZ acts solely as a data processor on behalf of the Website operator (the Data Controller), under the Controller’s instructions, and does not determine the purposes or means of processing.
Sub-processors
WEZAYND may engage sub-processors (hosting, CDN, monitoring, analytics tooling) only to provide the technical service and only under appropriate contractual protections.
No independent marketing use
WEZAYND does not use submitted leads for its own marketing purposes.
Cross-border processing
Processing may occur in countries where technical providers operate, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
